Calling Chapel Home - Membership

Whether you're visiting for the first time, returning to church after many years, exploring the Episcopal tradition, or simply looking for a community where you can grow in faith, you are welcome here. Take your time. Ask questions. Join us for worship, fellowship, learning, and service. We hope you'll discover whether Chapel feels like home.

For many people, there comes a moment when they realize, “This is my church.” Becoming a member is simply a way of saying yes to that relationship.

In the Episcopal Church, baptism is the foundation of membership in the Body of Christ. If you've been baptized in any Christian tradition, we recognize your baptism. If you've never been baptized, we'd be honored to walk with you toward that joyful step.

When you're ready to make Chapel of Our Saviour your church home, we'll help you find the right path. Depending on your background, that may include:

  • Transferring your membership from another Episcopal church

  • Being received from another Christian tradition

  • Preparing for Confirmation

  • Being baptized

Most importantly, membership isn't about having your name on a list. It's about sharing life together—worshipping God, growing in faith, serving our neighbors, and supporting one another as we follow Jesus.

If you'd like to learn more, we'd love to have a conversation. There's no pressure, no timeline, and no perfect moment—just an open invitation whenever you're ready.

We believe belonging begins long before membership. Everyone is invited to worship, learn, serve, and share life with us. If, over time, Chapel of Our Saviour becomes the place where your faith is nurtured and your gifts find a home, we'd be honored to welcome you as a member of our parish.
